YOGA

Yoga is a very old discipline, (science), that is practiced for the benefit of the body, clarity of the mind, and connection with the spirit.

Yoga is not a religión.

A class that flows renovating and improving your elasticity, strength, balance, and conscious attention, at the same time, improves your ability to listen to your body and take care of the basic and complex needs.

More health, more inner peace.

No matter your level of practice or if you have never tried it, you are welcome to discover its benefits and get to know yourself deeper.

BASIC YOGA LEVEL

Slow pace class, especially design for beginners, taking care of the body while getting to know your limits. Working with alignment and breath. Improves strength, flexibility, balance, and attention.

INTERMEDIATE YOGA LEVEL

A conscious class, linking movement and breathing, flowing from one pose to another, observing the alignment of the body. Increasing strength, flexibility, balance, and overall presence!
